Davenham Out of school club
Opening times: 8am – 9am; 3pm – 6pm, during school term time
We are a friendly 32 place Out of School Club offering breakfast and after school club care for children aged 4-11 years who attend Davenham Primary School. Children are cared for on a 1:8 ratio.
The Out of School Club is run inside the Royal British Legion building, conveniently located next door to Davenham C of E Primary School. We have a gate between the school and the Royal British Legion building to allow for a safe handover and collection of children to the school.
We aim to make children feel at home and provide a calm and caring environment for them to relax after school. The majority of our activities are child-led and based on the children’s interest and age.

We were graded as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in February 2018.

Meals and Snacks
At Davenham Out of School Club we offer children a well-balanced, nutritious snack menu. We follow Government nutritional guidelines including the ‘Eat Better, Start Better’ guidelines. We cater for specific dietary requirements including allergies, intolerances and religious requirements.
The meals provided are:
Breakfast included with breakfast sessions.
A light tea included with after school sessions.
Meal times are a happy occasion at Davenham Out of School Club; members of staff actively encourage children in conversation and tasting of new food. Children sit at tables with their friends and social skills and table manners are promoted.
Sessions and Fees
Breakfast club 8am - 9am £6.15
After school club 3pm - 6pm £16.30
Our fees are fully inclusive of snacks and sun cream.
We offer a 10% sibling discount which is applied to the sibling with the lower fees cost.
We accept payments by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
We review fees in April of each year.
